EXPLORE BRAC ISLAND

  An amazing day from start to finish. We learnt so much about the island from our guide who was passionate about his home and it's history.
Olive museum was set... read more apart from others I have seen in other countries as restored to such a high degree that they could actually show how it used to work. The food here (we were expecting a little snack) was beautifully fresh with amazing tapenade, fresh bread olives and tomatoes washed down with a little red wine . Visited highest point on the island, local quarry where the beautiful stone of the island is excavated. Bol where we a little stop for a swim and a beer.Vineyard where we another experience of wonderful food. Most fantastic day. Made all the better by good companions in our Truck and fantastic guide.

Everything about this tour was fantastic, an absolute must do activity!

Some of the trip is excitingly off road and I'm pleased to say Dino's driving was excellent .

  Met at the Ferry on Brac at 10am and dropped off again at 6pm (just!). Tour of the Island with Tinos, a local who was really interesting and a great... read more chap. Visit to a olive farm (lots of samples), a vineyard for lunch looking out to sea, freshly cooked fish and of course wine. Visit to the famous beach for an hour or so. Final stop at Jaksic galerija. Plenty of off road, although we were asked if that was ok. Overall a fantastic day on a beautiful island with a fantastic host.

We felt our guide Tino was sharing his home town with us and allowing us to glimpse the essence of Brac;. What a privilege and a day we will never forget!

  What a fabulous day out, visiting numerous places on Brac with the expert knowledge of our guide Tinos. He really made the day special with all his stories, history, safe... read more driving (still wore my seatbelt!!) and fun attitude. He made sure everyone was okay throughout the trip and you felt as though you were out with a friend, not a guide. He is a huge asset to the organisation and really knows how to ensure his group have a great day. We went on the “on the way to Zlatni Rat beach” tour which included sampling olive products and a beautiful fish lunch, up in the mountains. Thank you so much, we had an amazing day

  Great tour to see the island Brac; good mix of well known places and unexpected stops, good food and nice to ride in a jeep on this sunny day. But... read more best of all was how our guide Tino told us about his island and how its history connected to how it is today.

Martin was an... read more excellent driver who shared with us interesting facts about the history and culture of the island and was attentive to our questions. We saw the olive oil museum where the guide there was fantastic and the oil very tasty, went through villages and saw the Brac bonsai church. We went through the national park Vidova Gora and at the highest point of the island with views on Zlatni Rat Beach ( refreshing but still worth it). We had a fantastic lunch in an authentic Mediterranean house with a friendly atmosphere and excellent food, and lastly we saw a quarry with the island’s famous limestone.
Overall a fantastic experience which was intimate and by the end we almost felt like friends! It was wonderful to have a local show us the island and we wouldn’t have been able to see everything without Martin and his jeep.
Highly recommend!!

Tino has the ability to connect with his guests- by the end of the tour you feel like you made a friend. The tour was a perfect blend of history, culture, touring the island, and amazing food and people. I would come back and do the same exact trip again.

It was just two of us on the tour and some of the bumps and turns are not for the faint of heart but it also adds to the thrill of the adventure.
