CONDITIONS:

Safari Brač must receive a deposit of 40% of the total program cost with your reservation before we can book your program. The balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservations can be confirmed until we receive your 40% deposit. Availability and pricing is subject to change until this deposit is received.

CANCELLATION FEES

If you cancel your booking 60 days and longer prior to arrival, we will return you 50% of the advance (20% of the total amount).
If you cancel the booking 60 – 31 days prior to arrival we will keep the total advance you paid.
If you cancel the booking 30 days or less to date of arrival we will keep full amount you paid.
In case if Alter natura d.o.o need to cancel the booking of the trip, we will refund you PRICE paid in advance for the trip.
We reserve right to change itinerary due to unexpected circumstances (weather changes and similar…)
We do not refund bank transfer expanses or credit card fees.

REFUNDS

We regret that refunds cannot be issued for any unused portion of a program once your tour program has begun.

Our guides have right to exclude from the tour any person if they find that the person was consuming alcohol and that it is not capable for participating safely in our tour, or if they evaluate that the person might harm the safety of the tour or other members on the tour. In such case no refund will be made to excluded individual(s).

Safari Brač does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers over whom we have no direct control. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force of events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action. In a case of dispute, the court will be local and territorial jurisdiction, Split, Croatia.

INSURANCE
Safari Brač strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment.

PRICES AND ARRANGEMENTS
The tour price includes planning, handling and operational charges. Any extra program costs, such as extra transfers, entrance tickets or any other type service must be paid for at the time of purchase.

EXCLUSIONS
Not included in your tour program are personal & other expenses such as tips, laundry, bar bills and services not described in your invoice.

PAYMENT
The Customer orders the product or products by way of electronic order form. Every person ordering at least one product, providing the requested information and sending the order via webpage www.explorebrac.com  is considered a Customer. All prices are final, expressed in EURO and translated into the Croatian national currency, Croatian Kuna (Kn – HRK) according to the Croatian National Bank medium rate valid on the day of the transaction. The price stated on the webpage includes the added value tax (VAT).
