Martin, our guide, was fantastic - very knowledgeable and passionate about showing us the best of the island. He took us to hidden, out of the way spots that no tourist could have found on their own - a gorgeous art studio in the hills, an intimate lunch at a gorgeous family owned vineyard overlooking the sea (with locally caught fish, wine and hand brewed spirits), and a stop at breathtaking Smrka Bay (we were the only people there, and our kids went for a swim). We also stopped at the beach in Bol, toured and tasted at an olive farm, and went to the top of the island mountain (it was foggy but still worth the trip). We travelled with 3 kids between 7 and 12 and they were never bored because the tour had something for everyone, with frequent stops. The off-road vehicle allowed us to explore less travelled places and cover ground on the island much more quickly than if we were confined to paved roads. I highly recommend this tour - and ask for Martin.

We had a delightful lunch at a farm/ vineyard prepared by the owner with a stunning view across to the Adriatic.

In a jeep, with the friendliest local guide, you drive around off-route where you can visit the Olive Museum, Vidova Gora, swim in hidden small bays and taste real local food. Not the one they market you but actual food made by locals.
We were guided and taken care off by Martin, the most amazing and patient guy!
Although I am born in Croatia and have travelled around, I truly recommend this kind of experiences!

Furthermore we visited some of the old areas on the Island and our guide was very knowledged in the history!
The transportation arround the Island happend both on and off road and was really putting a smile on our faces!

The Olive Oil Museum was so interesting learning about the history and traditions and included a wonderful lunch of local specialities. The drive to Vidova Gora, the highest point on Brač was spectacular giving fantastic views of the famous beach. We then drove through the old town of Nerežišća and Blaca with great views of the famed Blaca monastery We ended the trip with a visit to the home of Martin our guide where we enjoyed a couple of hours in the beautiful sea and being served a delicious meal with grappa and wine. 5 stars doesn't seem enough for this fantastic trip.
